Self-esteme concerns

Our new Rapid assessment program reduces patient waiting times for vital and critical care needs.

Here is how it works;

1. Patient or GP identifies the need for a Psychology referral due to mental health care concerns.

2. GP assess the patients eligibility for a mental health care plan or the patient has an eligible DVA card, approved workers compensation or the ability to self fund treatment with or without a private health fund.

3. GP provides patient with a referral letter.

4. Call our friendly administration team on 4304 1307.  You will be offered a prompt appointment with the most suitable Psychologist.

Fees & Rebates

Our Fees and Rebates slightly vary for each practitioner.

You may be eligible for medicare or private health fund rebates depending on your referral and health fund provisions. Our clinic has complete electronic claiming, EFTPOS and HICAPS facilities. There will usually be a gap fee. Please feel free to contact our friendly admin team to discuss fees, rebates and payments.

Cancellations made after 12pm the business day prior to appointment or failure to attend an appointment will

incur a fee.
