Angela has been a psychologist for more than 20 years.
Prior to being a psychologist she had been a Special Education Teacher and taught in primary schools and at TAFE.
Angela has been in private practice on the Central Coast since 2010.
There are many distressing things that can happen to us in the course of our lives. The impact of these things won't be the same for all of us, but frequently we can lose our emotional and psychological equilibrium when trying to cope with, and effectively accommodate, negative life events.
